Well here we are just flipped her over. Was a bit concerned about the beams in the shop but they handled it with a little creaking. So here are the picks time to cut the frames transom butt splices will take pics and post later tonite or tomorrow Hope you are enjoying.

We use a couple of ratchet straps and block and tackle i show pics in the plans for flipping however a bunch of friends can easily flip the skiff.
